My river within you is about to be stirred.  It is already full of life.  And that life is me.  All the power you will ever need to do my ministry in the earth is within you because I am within you.  I say again, I will stir the waters.  This is a day in which the waters must be stirred as a sign of my great power to help the helpless, to heal the multitudes and to set at liberty those held captive.  Today is the day of my visitation upon the needy to find refuge and forgiveness in me.  Therefore, I want you to go, and as you go, make disciples of the nations and teach them about me.
