Just Ask

As a mother of three, I find that many of my lessons from God come through teaching my children.  One of these lessons is simply “Ask me”.  All children are different, but there is usually one in the group that has a hard time getting the message.  This one must be reminded repeatedly that gimme gimme was drowned. 

Proverbs 3:6 tells us “In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”  It is just nice to be asked.  You know you have certain liberties and restrictions in life with your family, friends, co-workers/ boss, etc, but it’s just respectful and courteous to ask or recognize persons involved.

When is the last time you told your husband/wife that you loved and appreciated them?  How many spouses have said:  “My wife/husband knows I love him/her”, just think about it.  You want to hear it from his/her lips.  Am I right? God is no different. 

Webster says to acknowledge is:

1 : to recognize the rights, authority, or status of
2 : to disclose knowledge of or agreement with
3 a : to express gratitude or obligation for <acknowledge a gift> b : to take notice of <failed to acknowledge my greeting> c : to make known the receipt of <acknowledge a letter>
4 : to recognize as genuine or valid <acknowledge a debt>

Let us try calling on God to thank him and praise him for what he has already done. As well as including him in our decision making to obtain his guidance in our every day lives.

The Choice Is Yours

God not only gives us the freedom and the right to make choices, he allows us to decide whether or not to accept Him.  This is a choice one can make even if they are incarcerated or have been stripped of certain freedoms.  Everything we do requires a conscience decision.  The Bible challenges us in Deuteronomy 30:19: “ I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing cursing: therefore choose life, that both thru and thy seed may live”.  Clearly this a choice, but for some reason it is a difficult one for many to make.

You have two clear choices,  life verses death.  Easy, right?  One would think life would be the only logical choice, until the realization hits that your heart wanted life, but your actions chose death.  Your “Will” wants heaven, but your mind chose hell. 

Are your choices resulting in undesirable consequences?

·         Lung cancer as a result of bad habits

·         A child killed by a drunk driver

·         Close friends divorce because of the unfaithfulness of a mate

·         A teen is infected with a venereal disease she will have for life

·         A family loses their home because of gambling debts

·         A baby is aborted because of the lust and selfishness of it’s parents leaving them struggling with guilt

The consequences of some choices are more deadly than others.  When we rebel against God and choose our own way, we are choosing a path of destruction that will ultimately end in hell.  There are only two ways:  God’s or the devil’s.  What man thinks is his own way is really the ways of Satan and puts him under the authority of the enemy.  If someone is not for God , he automatically is against Him (Matthew 12:30).  There is no possible way man can just do his own thing and think he is not making a choice.  Even “no choice” on man’s part is a negative choice.  Believe God and choose Him.  The choice is yours.

PRAISE HIM,

IN SPITE OF ALL WE GO THRU GOD IS STILL GOOD. WE NEED TO GIVE HIM THANKS AND PRAISE AT ALL TIMES, AND HIS PRAISE SHALL CONTINUALLY BE IN OUR MOUTH.

ROMANS 8: 28 SAYS: 

 AND WE KNOW THAT ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD TO THEM THAT LOVE GOD, TO THEM WHO ARE THE CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PURPOSE AND  THE 37TH VERSE SAYS NAY, IN ALL THINGS WE ARE MORE THAN CONQUERORS THROUGH HIM THAT LOVED US.

 WE HAVE TO KNOW AS SAINTS OF GOD THAT WE ARE MORE THAT CONQUERORS. WE CAN DO ALL THINGS THRU CHRIST JESUS THAT STRENGTHENETH US.AND HE WILL SUPPLY ALL OF OUR NEEDS ACCORDING TO HIS RICHES IN GLORY BY CHRIST JESUS.

WE DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING IF WE LET GOD BE GOD AND TRUST IN HIM WITH ALL THINE  HEART, AND LEAN NOT UNTO THINE OWN UNDERSTANDING. AND IN ALL THY WAYS ACKNOWLEDGE HIM, AND HE WILL DIRECT THY PATH.

JUST REMEMBER SAINT'S, WHEN WE GO INTO THE HOUSE OFF THE LORD'S, TAKE YOUR BURDENS TO THE LORD AND LEAVE THEM THERE. WE SHOULD NEVER COME BACK HOME THE SAME. KEEP YOUR HANDS IN JESUS HANDS AND EVERYTHING WILL BE ALRIGHT.

Don’t Give Up The Fight - Give Up Your Tactic

“Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. Matthew 10:16

Wisdom of a serpent: serpents are prudent and discreet. They are very cautious in avoiding danger.

Doves are peaceful, gentle creatures that never prey upon other birds and are a symbol of innocence.

“For this hour people will face more danger than ever before since there has been a creation. Only those that recognize, hear, and heed instructions from the Holy Ghost will escape the tribulations that all mankind will face in this hour. This is the hour of “Confirming” I the Lord am separating and harvesting souls. Be sure this hour that the axe is laid at the root of every tree. Rest assured that those that are mine shall never be made ashamed; only take heed to my instructions.”

  1.  Avoid all things which give advantage to your enemies.

  2.  Avoid all meddling with worldly or political concerns.

  3.  Avoid all appearances of evil or selfishness and all  underhanded measures.

 4.  Sit down and count up the cost before confronting your enemies; cover potential losses.

 5.  Expect those you love to rise up against you both of family and friends.

 6.  Always remember that admission into the Kingdom of God comes through much opposition and tribulations.

 7.  Use prudence and be not anxious; have now perplexing thoughts. Cast all your cares upon the Lord.

 8.  Get out of danger but do not give up the work.

 9.  The fear of man brings a snare, disturbs our peace and entangles our feet, hands and mind and will draw you into sin..

10. Fear God only and He will give us strength for the day.

11. Silence your fears and Shout your Faith and Praise unto the Lord.

“Hold On”

Praise the Lord Everybody,

Isaiah 40:31   But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

As a true born believer, I am a witness that whatever you have asked the Lord for and whatever God has promised you it will surely come to pass.  Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devises to pass. Psalms 37: 7  

In the midst of your waiting, there will be many things that the enemy will do to try to get you to give up, but “It Won’t Work!”

Job was a great example of patience for all of us.   In the midst of everything that was happening to him in his life, he still held on to his integrity. He knew who he was in the Lord and God knew who he was. The Lord knows our uprising and our down sitting because He created each unique individual. In the end Job received double for all of his troubles because he stood for God in spite of all and God stood for him. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Ephesians 6: 13

Praise the Lord,

The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof; the world and they that dwell therein.  For He hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.  Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord? or who shall stand in His holy place?

He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.  He shall receive the blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.     PSALMS  24:1-5

    People of God, if you would Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.  Proverbs 3:5-6

    And He surely will, because I am a living testimony that God will, do just what He says if we only trust and believe in Him and take Him at His Word. I have been in the storm a long time and God is bringing some things to pass that I thought in some faze of my life wasn't going to happen, but it's coming to pass! 

    I don't get stress out about things I have no control over.  Jesus is in control of my life and all I do is take him at His Word.  He's says His Word will forever stand, if we only trust Him.  He said He will never leave us nor forsake us, He says He will be with us always, and that's long enough for me.  He will see you thru if you really put your trust in Him, and take Him at His Word.  Prayer is the key, and faith unlocks the door. When a door is close in your face, God has another door open for you, you just have to waited on it, we can't be in a hurry. That's our problem sometimes, we won't wait on God, we get in a hurry and sometimes that causes us to miss our Blessing.   

    So put your trust in God always, and He will see you through any test, trial, trouble, pain or whatever you are going through, He is the answer. He is in control anyway, so just TRUST Him, to the END.   WHY NOT?
